Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Remote Client Assistance Specialist to provide timely and accurate support for client inquiries. You’ll help resolve account issues, guide clients through digital tools, and ensure each interaction reflects TD’s commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Assist with account access, transactions, and product information

Provide step-by-step support for online banking tools

Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring follow-up

Maintain accurate records of all interactions

Meet quality and performance standards
Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using digital tools and working in a remote setting

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
