We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Outreach Assistant to support our outreach efforts at Alexis Fiscal Advisory. The Data Outreach Assistant will assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to outreach activities and help implement strategies to expand our client base and community connections. This position requires strong analytical skills, a passion for data management, and the ability to work collaboratively with the outreach team.

• Data Collection & Management: Assist in gathering data on potential clients, partners, and community organizations. Ensure that outreach data is accurately entered into CRM systems and properly organized for future reference.

• Campaign Tracking: Monitor and track the effectiveness of outreach campaigns by collecting data on engagement metrics, event attendance, client inquiries, and conversion rates. Help analyze the success of outreach efforts and suggest improvements.

• Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports for the Outreach Coordinator and other team members, summarizing outreach activities, trends, and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

• Database Maintenance: Ensure that client and partner databases are up-to-date and comprehensive. Help identify new opportunities and segments for outreach based on data analysis.

• Support for Outreach Efforts: Assist in the preparation and organization of outreach events, including collecting and processing attendee data, sending follow-up communications, and supporting the logistical side of events.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and outreach teams to provide data support for targeted campaigns, ensuring that outreach strategies are aligned with the firm’s goals.

• Client Follow-Up: Assist in reaching out to potential clients to schedule meetings, gather feedback, and follow up on leads generated through outreach activities.

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience: Prior experience working with data entry, outreach efforts, or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with outreach or marketing data analysis is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Good understanding of data analysis techniques and report generation.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines efficiently.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
