Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Alexis Fiscal Advisory. The Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and community organizations. This position requires an individual who is proactive, personable, and skilled at managing outreach campaigns, events, and communication strategies that align with our firm’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities, businesses, and organizations. Build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and referral partners.

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize workshops, seminars, webinars, and other outreach events aimed at educating the public on financial planning, budgeting, and other financial services offered by Alexis Fiscal Advisory.

  • Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for outreach campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, and other communication channels to raise awareness of the company’s services.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct outreach calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

  • Partnership Building: Identify and reach out to strategic partners, including local businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions, to explore collaboration opportunities that enhance the visibility of Alexis Fiscal Advisory.

  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and report regularly on engagement metrics, event outcomes, and new opportunities generated.

  • Support for Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to assist with lead generation, follow-up efforts, and maintaining an organized client pipeline.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outreach, marketing, or community relations, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to organize and execute outreach events and campaigns.

    • Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Other: A passion for financial literacy and helping individuals and businesses succeed financially is a plus.
