We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Care Representative to join our team. The Client Care Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that clients have a positive experience with Alexis Fiscal Advisory.
Key Responsibilities:-
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a timely and effective resolution to questions or concerns via phone, email, or in person.

Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including scheduling meetings, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring they understand our services and offerings.

Account Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the client management system (CRM). Monitor client accounts and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Alexis Fiscal Advisory’s services and products to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and consultations, ensuring efficient time management for both clients and advisors.

Client Retention: Work proactively to strengthen relationships with existing clients by ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

Collaboration with Advisors: Work closely with the financial advisors and other team members to ensure clients receive seamless and cohesive service, including providing necessary documentation or preparing reports as requested.

Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients on their experience and provide insights to the Client Care Manager to improve services, enhance client satisfaction, and identify areas for growth.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage clients in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and general office software.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
