We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and community-focused Community Outreach Data Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the outreach initiatives at Alexis Fiscal Advisory by ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and reporting of outreach data to improve engagement and community partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data management skills and a passion for leveraging data to create a positive social impact.

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyze data related to community outreach efforts, including client engagement, partner collaborations, event participation, and campaign performance.

• Campaign Performance Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns by measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, event attendance, social media engagement, and client conversion. Provide actionable insights to improve outreach efforts.

• Database Management: Maintain and update community and client databases, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records. Segment audiences based on outreach efforts and help the team target specific communities or organizations effectively.

• Collaboration with Outreach Teams: Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator and other team members to provide data support for targeted outreach initiatives. Assist in identifying new community segments for outreach based on data insights.

• Event Data Support: Provide data management and analysis support for community events, including tracking attendee data, post-event surveys, and follow-up actions to ensure optimal engagement and outcomes.

• CRM and Data Tools Management: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools to manage, track, and analyze community outreach efforts. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.

• Feedback & Insights: Assist in gathering feedback from community partners, clients, and event participants to continuously refine outreach strategies. Share insights to enhance community engagement and partnerships.

• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports on outreach activities, community engagement, and data trends to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with community outreach, data management, or similar roles. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is highly preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including outreach, marketing, and sales.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
