Job Overview:
Alexis Fiscal Advisory is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our commercial insurance products and services. You will work closely with the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to drive business growth, build brand awareness, and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for commercial insurance lines, focusing on growing market share and increasing brand visibility.

  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for digital and print materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to recommend targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner with the sales and underwriting teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that support business objectives and drive leads.

  • Client Engagement: Manage and enhance client relationships by crafting marketing communications that highlight key products, services, and value propositions.

  • Brand Positioning: Help define and maintain the company’s brand position in the commercial insurance market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and client touchpoints.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously innovate marketing efforts.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in commercial lines insurance or financial services (preferred).

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including general liability, property, workers’ compensation, and professional liability.

  • Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms, email marketing tools).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry or a related field.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific marketing platforms or tools (e.g., insurance quoting tools, industry newsletters).

  • Graphic design skills or experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Experience working with website development teams to enhance online presence.
