  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on account status, inform them of required actions, and ensure satisfaction. Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and aligned with company standards.

  • Document Handling: Assist clients with the preparation, review, and submission of required documents for account management, ensuring they are properly completed and stored in accordance with company policies.

  • Reporting: Assist in generating account-related reports, account summaries, and other relevant documentation for both clients and internal teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors, account managers, and other departments to ensure clients receive the best possible service and support for their financial needs.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all account-related processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
