Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining account records, processing transactions, and supporting client inquiries, ensuring a smooth and accurate experience for all account-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and update customer account information

  • Process account transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently

  • Respond to client and internal inquiries related to account services

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and identifying process improvements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support service delivery

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in banking, customer service, or administrative support

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking systems

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an asset
