Role Overview:
As an Account Support Representative, you will provide day-to-day support for client accounts, helping to resolve inquiries, process service requests, and maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with account-related questions and service requests

  • Process updates, changes, and transactions in client accounts

  • Maintain accurate documentation and account records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Monitor account activity and flag discrepancies or unusual activity

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

  • Provide general administrative support to the account services team

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or administrative roles

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Knowledge of banking or financial products is an asset
