As an Account Support Representative, you will provide day-to-day support for client accounts, helping to resolve inquiries, process service requests, and maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with account-related questions and service requests

Process updates, changes, and transactions in client accounts

Maintain accurate documentation and account records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Monitor account activity and flag discrepancies or unusual activity

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Provide general administrative support to the account services team
Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or administrative roles

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Knowledge of banking or financial products is an asset
