What You’ll Do:

Oversee and maintain financial records for a diverse portfolio of industrial properties
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare documentation and reports for audits and financial reviews
Utilize Timberline (Sage 300) and Yardi software for accounting and reporting

What you need:

Industrial Experience is a must have.
5–7 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in industrial real estate
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in Timberline (Sage 300) and Yardi accounting software
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
