What’s in it for You:

• Salary: A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 with extended healthcare, dental etc

What You’ll Do:

Manage financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Process AP/AR transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain general ledger accuracy.
Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and compliance with accounting policies.
Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to provide financial insights.
Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Yardi) and support audit processes as needed

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management or real estate.
Experience with accounting software is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
