Job Description

6-month contract ServiceNow Business Analyst role working with a global enterprise organization with hybrid work in Vancouver.

6-month contract ServiceNow BA role
Global organization with offices in downtown Vancouver
Hybrid work, 3 days a week in office

What & Why:
As a result of growth our client is looking to add a contract BA to their office technology team. You should be a confident business analyst with 10 years’ experience with ServiceNow, who has strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow database, ServiceNow asset management and has the ability to develop scalable processes. You will be working alongside a PM, providing both typical BA type duties and technical delivery guidance. This team will be partnering with the internal ServiceNow team to implement proposed design solutions, so strong communication and being able to clearly articulate requirements is important. This is a great chance to join a team delivering serious value to the end users.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5 years of business analyst experience within the Retail Technology industry
10 years experience with ServiceNow and design/delivery of processes and customizations
10 years experience working with ServiceNow systems integrations
Strong understanding and experience of asset lifecycle management
Experience providing requirements for small to large initiatives
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience with discovery and identification of new hardware solutions, including roll-out to stores

Compensation: this role pays between $80-100 per hour
