Job Description

6-month contract ITSM Business Analyst supporting the global technology organization of an enterprise organization with hybrid work located in Vancouver.

What & Why:
As a result of investment into service excellence our global client is looking to add a contract ITSM Business Analyst to their team. This team enables the technology organization to safeguard against service disruptions, reduce the impact of outages and promote operational best practices. In this role you will conduct in-depth business analyses that clearly outline the challenges, opportunities, and proposed solutions. This analysis encompasses a thorough understanding of the Service Management processes, Technology Operations, and the overall landscape of the current and future Technology strategies and roadmaps. By doing so, you’ll enable Technology to have streamlined and scalable processes that elevate the Service Management capabilities efficiently and effectively. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and a hybrid work policy, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

3+ years of business analyst experience.
2+ years of demonstrated work experience in Technology Operations
In-depth subject matter expertise in Service Management (ITSM)
Experience providing requirements and mapping business processes for medium to large complex initiatives.
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Compensation: this role pays between $65-75 per hour
