Job Description
6-month contract System Analyst role focused on the legal technology workstream of a global enterprise organization.
As a result of growth, our client is looking to add a contract system analyst to their team. You will be supporting the legal operations team within a global enterprise organization. You will research and analyze technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. You will also support with existing legal technology platforms, primarily built in Salesforce and maintain open and consistent communication with team members to identify technology-driven opportunities for streamlining work processes. You will coordinate cross functionally and with third-party vendors to develop and maintain the most appropriate technology solutions for the team. You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 4+ years’ systems analysis/administration experience, with an emphasis on supporting Salesforce based applications
- Experience managing legal applications (e.g., Conga CLM, OneTrust, Symphony, Exterro, etc.)
- Experience managing common enterprise applications (e.g. Office365)
- System Admin/Configuration and low code, basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding experience preferred.
- Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
