Job Description
6-month contract System Analyst role focused on the LMS workstream of a global enterprise organization.
As a result of investment in Learning Management technologies, our client is looking to add a contract system analyst to their growing team. You will be supporting the people enablement team within a global enterprise organization. You will primarily be supporting various projects within the LMS project stream. It would be ideal if you had experience with integrations with Docebo and other applications. You will be responsible for analyzing technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. You will also coordinate with engineering and systems teams to develop the most cost-effective solution for small to medium efforts. This is a really great time to join as there has been significant investment into people technologies.

- 5+ years experience as a system analyst
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Docebo.
- Proficiency in investigating and resolving system issues, identifying root causes, and documenting solutions.
- Experience assisting in test phases, including pre-UAT testing, and updating technical specifications based on feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
This role pays between $75-85 per hour.
