What & Why:
As a result of growth and investment in automation, our client is looking to add a Lead RPA Developer to their automation team. In this role you will be responsible to Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient RPA solutions using UiPath. You will also develop complex process automation workflows and reusable components to ensure modularity and maintainability. You will integrate RPA solutions with MS Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERPs, and POS systems and utilize UiPath Integration Services and develop custom connectors for RESTful and SOAP APIs. This is a great team to join as they have had a very successful track record delivering strong automation results to the business.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5-7 years of experience in API and GUI automation.
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (minimum 3 years in complex RPA automation).
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) is a MUST.
Expertise in designing and integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems like Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, POS, Oracle, and payment gateways.
Solid SQL, C#, VB.Net, and web services experience for custom automation development.
Proficiency in working with OAuth 2.0 authentication and API security best practices.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for automated bot deployments.
Experience working with PII data, encryption, and security best practices.
Ability to write and maintain PDDs and SDDs to document automation processes.

Compensation:
This role pays between $85-100 per hour.
