What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their data and analytics team. You should be a seasoned project manager with experience leading agile scrum teams in a product centric environment. You will be focused on delivering projects related to data integration and reporting, so you should have solid experience delivering these sorts of projects for large-scale organizations. You should have experience running scrum teams, releases and will be responsible for communication to a wide variety of stakeholders. You’ll be responsible in maintaining project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for your initiatives. This is a rapidly growing team delivering huge ROI to the business.

They are well known for their corporate culture and has won major awards for their accomplishments. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

At least 8+ years’ experience in an IT project management role driving big data, data warehousing, enterprise reporting, data science, and analytics solutions
Experience leading agile teams or leading an agile transformation
Experience working in a project/product matrixed organization
Experience managing both data warehouse integration and reporting projects is preferred
Experience managing budgets in excess of $1M
PMP certification considered an asset
Preferred technical skillset: JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Smartsheets, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft Suite

Compensation:
This role pays between $95-110 per hour.
