About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations by accurately entering and updating information in company databases. This role is ideal for someone with strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness

Maintain and update records, files, and logs

Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

Handle confidential information with integrity

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred

Fast and accurate typing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
