Position Information
Location Hybrid / New Westminster Campus Salary Range
$56,671 to $63,636 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement
The Opportunity
Provide supervision of Site Services, room bookings and resolve operational issues. Assists in developing new procedures to improve the coordination and client services provided by Facility Services. Provides exceptional client-centred service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups. The Site Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Site Services Assistants.

WHAT IT TAKES
• Completion of a two (2) year program in a related field at a recognized post-secondary educational institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills including written and verbal fluency in the English language.
• Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, managers and staff.
• Demonstrated team-building skills; proven experience supervising demonstrating the knowledge of principles and practices of employee supervision including work planning, organization, training, performance review and evaluation.
• Demonstrated office management and supervisory skills and experience.
Additional Information
• This full-time (35 hours per week) position is available starting April 14, 2025.
• Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
• Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs.
• This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
• Evening and occasional weekend work may be required.
• The position is located at the New Westminster campus; and may be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations
