Key Responsibilities:

Provide second-level support to end-users via phone, ticketing system, remote support, and on-site assistance when needed.
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, VMware vCenter, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Maintain Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Implement disaster recovery strategies to mitigate system failures and cyber threats.
Support and troubleshoot dealership DMS systems to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training and mentorship to new IT staff as required.
Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Oversee dealership IT projects, working with third-party contractors and suppliers.

Qualiﬁcations & Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role in an enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Group Policy.
Experience with VMware vCenter and virtualization technologies
Knowledge of automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible or similar.
Experience managing Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Intune.
Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Certiﬁcations such as Microsoft Certiﬁcation: Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or CompTIA Security+ is an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
