As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team.


About the Role

The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing both HR functions and office administration to ensure a compliant, efficient, and high-performing workforce. This hands-on leadership position will oversee recruitment, employee relations, scheduling, training, retention, HR compliance, and workforce logistics. The successful candidate will also work closely with operations to develop employee schedules and coordinate travel logistics with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention – Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong, engaged workforce.
  • Workforce Scheduling & Travel Coordination – Work with operations to schedule employees and arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodations, transportation).
  • Employee Relations & Workplace Culture – Serve as the primary HR contact, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management & Training – Implement performance review systems and training programs to support career development.
  • HR Compliance & Administration – Ensure adherence to employment laws, maintain accurate records, and oversee office administration.
  • Health & Safety Support – Partner with safety teams to ensure workplace compliance and best practices.
  • Strategic HR Leadership – Work with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • 5+ years of HR experience in industrial, logistics, or remote workforce environments (mining & exploration experience is a plus).
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPHR designation is an asset).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage staff schedules while coordinating workforce travel logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace safety, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a mix of HR and administrative responsibilities.
