You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre by responding to client questions and inquiries about Canfor's human resource processes and policies.

This is a 12 month contract role, with the possibility of extension.
The life of the HR Systems Coordinator includes the following:
  • Supporting the HR Community and People Managers on requests pertaining to both employee and organizational data housed in our HRIS System
  • Logging and managing cases, while ensuring compliance with established processes and when necessary, liaising with other departments (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT)
  • Providing excellent customer service through accurate and timely responses to HR processes, learning requests, and system and policy requests
  • Providing guidance on company practices, processes, and technology
For this role, come equipped with the following:
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ideally, you come armed with a Human Resources, Business, or related Degree or diploma and work experience in customer service or administration roles. For bonus points, you have previous experience working with HRIS systems.

This 12 month position can be based out of either our Vancouver Head Office or our Canfor Administration Centre in Prince George, BC.

The salary range for this position is: $60,000.00-$75,000.00
