The Team
At BC Mail Plus, you'll join an energetic, diverse, and dynamic team committed to supporting the BC Public Service through a wide range of essential services, including digital printing, mail, payment, document scanning, and logistics. With over 120 employees spread across seven regions in BC, our established team works closely with Production Coordinators, Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Directors to ensure government operations and programs run smoothly and efficiently. The Role
As the Manager, Business Operations and Client Support at BC Mail Plus, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our products and services meet the evolving needs of a diverse customer base. Your role will involve optimizing resources for new service offerings, keeping clients informed, and ensuring easy access to our services. By being at the forefront of enhancing the efficiency, security, and accuracy of government operations, you'll directly contribute to client satisfaction, innovation, and cost savings, making a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative public sector environment.

About this Position:
This is a temporary opportunity until 08/31/2025. A permanent appointment may result from this temporary appointment.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years customer service experience, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
- A minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in a computerized environment using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote.
- A minimum of three (3) years supervisory/leadership experience.
- Project Management accreditation or a combination of Project Management education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year marketing/business development experience.
