Job Description
6 month contract Program Manager contract role on a growing team, leading their observability and automation program
As a result of investment in technology our client is looking to add a Program Manager to their team to help drive innovation forward. We are looking for someone to lead the observability and automation space in the tech infrastructure team. You will oversee the overall program and engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. You’ll work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Observability and Monitoring & Network Software Automation Team. You will also collaborate with technology managers, engineers, and program managers to optimize designs and ensure healthy operation.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 8+ years of project and/or program management experience.
- 2+ years of operational observability experience
- Experience evaluating or designing observability tools
- Comprehensive understanding of network systems, engineering background preferred
