Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and shipping.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of our product lines and latest fashion trends.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in email and online chat tools.
- Passion for children's fashion and retail is a plus!
