Job Description

Our well established client in Vancouver is looking to add an Office Administrator to the team on a permanent basis.  Reporting into the Partner, you will be responsible for:

- Managing payroll, expense reports and benefits
- Managing relationships between vendors and suppliers
- Managing incoming payments from customers, invoices and banking activities
- Managing office database and files
- Other duties to ensure the office runs smoothly

Ideally you have two years experience working in an office environment in a management/administrative role.  You must have intermediate level in Excel and Powerpoint. It is an asset if you have experience in bookkeeping duties as well.

This company has flexibility in hours worked and days worked.
