Position Summary
Are you a Network Architect looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our IMIT department.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Network & Telecom Services, the Network Architect serves as a subject matter expert and provides oversight for the design and implementation of the organization's network architecture and related technologies. The Network Architect deals with critical network systems, working with IMIT and other Northern Health (NH) business areas to recommend and implement processes and technologies that ensure the data, voice and video network service is highly availability and performant.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science and active Juniper or Cisco Professional-level certification and five (5) years' experience in a large information technology services environment in a healthcare environment.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or equivalent IT Service Management training and experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated success as a senior network analyst or architect and the successful completion of large information technology acquisition or design and build within the last three years.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical standards documents.
• Awareness and understanding of privacy, security and cloud standards (FIPPA, HIPPA, NIST, ISO, GDPR).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate contract documents such as Request for Proposal's, Request for Information, Request For Quote's.
• Proven ability to write, analyze and edit project plans, proposals, service level agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with an overall organizational perspective in alignment with key strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage relationships with internal and external partners and solution providers.
