Job Description

As an IT Tech Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues for our clients and internal teams. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to and resolve IT tickets via email, chat, or phone.
Assist with system installations, configurations, and updates.
Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and technology strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networks.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
