The Team
Join our established Network Operations and Implementations team, made up of approximately 15 skilled Network Analysts who design and implement customized network solutions, including SDWAN, SASE, and Wi-Fi. This team works closely with service management, security operations, and other technical teams to support critical government services that millions of BC citizens rely on. As a Network Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing network solutions that keep government services running smoothly for the people of BC. Education and Experience Requirements
- Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an enterprise network environment.
- Experience in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting data networks.
- Experience in providing IT troubleshooting support for data network related issues.
- Experience in data network environments, problem resolution techniques and approaches.
- Experience in resolving a variety of simultaneous problems in different computing environments.
Preference may be given to applicant with one (1) or more of the following:
- Experience with Cisco Enterprise network devices and software (Routers, Switches, Wireless Access, IOS-XE)
- Experience with Juniper Enterprise network devices and software (Routers, Switches, JunOS)
- Experience using Microsoft Visio
- Experience with SDWAN networking products and services.
- Experience with using ServiceNOW, ITSM Products
- Experience with using Juniper MIST Enterprise Network Management Tools
- Certification in Cisco or Juniper routing and switching
