Job Description

Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is recruiting for our industrial client company manufacuring equipment. Our client company is an international company and this location is the local Delta, BC branch servicing North America. The ideal candidate is a professional, strong sales-oriented team member working with the rest of the customer service and sales representative group. Extensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Finding new sales leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Follow up with customer needs and requirements
Supporting marketing programs for various groups of clients
Pass good business opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure if the sales requirement goes beyond telephone closing ability
Achieve or exceed quarterly quotas
Work with outside sales reps to build pipeline and close deals
Process/ review orders for order entry
Administrative duties related job functions or as assigned
Supporting tradeshows several times per year within North America

Requirements:

Proven inside sales experience
Meeting and exceeding targets
Strong phone communication and dialing numerous calls per day
Comfortable using corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Strong listening and presentation skills
Strong organization and time management
Strong MS Office and internet usage
Any of the following could be an asset/ not a requirement: technical, computer, mechanical, industrial equipment product sales
Additional language skills could be an asset/ not a requirement: French or Spanish

Salary is $40,000-$45,000 base plus commission. Expected Inside Sales year-end salary is $60,000-$70,000 with comissions. Benefits after 90 day probationary period. Travel a few times per year within North America.
