Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Your Day-to-Day:
As a Grill Cook, your role will be fast-paced and varied. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Grill Like a Pro: You'll be grilling burgers, chicken, and other delicious menu items to perfection - ensuring they're cooked exactly right.
  • Manage the Kitchen Flow: You'll help keep everything running smoothly by staying on top of food portions, production levels, and adjusting as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Kitchen: Cleanliness is key! From keeping the grill spotless to maintaining stock areas, you'll make sure everything is safe and in top shape.
  • Receiving Deliveries & Stocking Up: When new deliveries arrive, you'll help receive and organize ingredients and supplies, ensuring everything is stored properly and easy to access.
  • Supervise & Support the Team: Whether it's helping new team members or offering feedback, you'll keep the kitchen running efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Keep Equipment in Tip-Top Shape: You'll take responsibility for equipment maintenance, ensuring everything from the fryers to the grills works smoothly.
  • Ensure Food Safety: From preventing cross-contamination to handling food safely, you'll keep the kitchen compliant with all food safety guidelines.

Who You Are:

  • Are organized - you can juggle tasks like stocking, cleaning, and cooking without missing a beat.

What You'll Need:
  • Completion of secondary education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar environment. (Bonus points if you've worked at McDonald's before!)
  • A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts? That's a plus!
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
