WHAT IT TAKES
This job will provide a student with experience in both copyright and academic library issues. Working with the Associate Director, Learning Resources, you will be reviewing Copyright compliance in the Douglas College's LMS system.


    •You will be updating faculty facing and student facing copyright documentation.
    •Working with faculty librarians, you will have the opportunity to shadow and participate in a variety of topics.
    •Other project opportunities may arise based on your interests and emerging needs.



To Be Successful in this Role, You Will Need:


    •At least one completed semester in Library and Information studies.
    •Interest in academic libraries, copyright and documentation.
    •Being flexible and open to new projects will be helpful.
Additional Information
This temporary, contract position is available from January 6 to April 18, 2025.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The successful candidate must be available to work at both the New Westminster and Coquitlam campus.
