You'll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You'll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Campus Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Planning, arranging and attending campus recruitment events and presentations at target universities for large student audiences
• Acting as an ambassador of the firm, articulating our corporate culture, purpose, values and student opportunities
• Developing, posting and maintaining compelling social media communication
• Early identification of high performing students and building relationships with them to aide hiring conversion
• Coordinating our summer intern student program including learning, sporting and social events
• Coordinating office visits with both students and staff/Recruitment Champion Partners
• Acting as a main point of contact for career centres and faculty, prospective students, clubs and associations, as well as campus recruitment referrals
• Tracking candidate applications via the campus recruitment applicant tracking system
• Continuous education of internal clients on the campus recruitment approach as well as best practices and firm standards
• Communicating (and consulting where appropriate) with local and national stakeholders including Partners, Human Capital, Learning & Development and Resource Management teams
• Working closely with the Recruitment Champion Partners to design and deliver the campus recruitment strategy
• Candidate communications and relationship building after the hire decision to ensure candidate engagement prior to start date
• Networking within the marketplace to understand the competitive landscape
• Providing accurate and timely management information and metrics on campus recruitment activities and hires against targets
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Previous campus recruitment experience (either at an employer or university)
• Proven experience acting in partnership with your internal clients
• The ability to maintain an open-mind and collaborate with your internal clients to build the campus recruitment strategy for the offices you support
• A highly motivated, creative, passionate, resilient and proactive approach
• Excellent organizational, project management and prioritization skills in order to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $ 60,600 - $ 100,900 , plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experienc e, qualificati ons and geographic location .
*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region . Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location .
