What & Why:
SWIM Recruiting is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our public sector client. You will be delivery technical services for life saving emergency technologies.

Who:
Our client is a Lower Mainland municipality with a growing team to support a growing population. Your role as a Technical Analyst is vital in this effort. Our client offers competitive pay with annual reviews, exceptional benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

Experience applying complex business rules with large scale COTS implementations and configurations
Programming skills is a must, C# preferred
SQL expertise is a must
Knowledge of BI tools, QLIK preferred
Experience gathering requirements
Nice-to-have’s: experience with emergency response technologies, such as Hexagon CAD, NICE Inform, NG911, etc. are strong assets
