Senior Estimator – Commercial Glass Industry

Location: Langley, BC
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000
Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading and growing company in the commercial glass industry, is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team. This role involves leading estimating efforts, developing client relationships, and ensuring accurate cost assessments for projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead estimating efforts from bid package to final review
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers
Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment
Review blueprints, conduct site visits, and attend pre-bid meetings
Negotiate contracts and collaborate with project teams

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of estimating experience in the commercial glass industry
Strong understanding of blueprints and architectural drawings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
