Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to take charge of venting product sales, strengthen relationships with contractors and suppliers, and deliver outstanding service to customers across British Columbia and the Yukon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a talent for driving sales growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct on-site visits to offices and job sites, serving as a trusted expert and representative of our client.
- Research products and recommend the best solutions from our exclusive venting lines.
- Follow up on quotes and bids, identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Support and guide the venting team to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Set and track sales goals while providing reports on progress, projections, and key projects.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels.
What You Need:
- 2+ years of sales management experience.
- 1+ year in HVAC or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Personal Vehicle required
