Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Renewals Administrator to join our central renewal team at our head office (Broadway corridor). Responsibilities include:

Processing of timely and accurate policy renewals within our brokerage management software
Processing and mailing out renewal packages
Liaising with CSRs in branches regarding specific policy renewal matters
Contributing to operational improvements and efficiencies in manual renewal workflow
Contributing to review and implementation of new automated renewal workflow

Requirements:

Post-secondary degree is required
Professional level spoken and written English is required
50 WPM typing is required, 60+ WPM is preferred
3+ years' work experience in office administration and document processing is preferred
Competency and fast-learning with technology is required; experience and competency using data management software is preferred
Good attitude in working with others, eagerness to learn, receptiveness to constructive feedback, professional behavior, good time management, proactive in thinking and learning

Wage & Benefits:

$42,000 - $45,000 annual salary (paid semi-monthly) depending on experience and suitability
