As a production coordinator, you will support the senior coordinator in the development and maintenance of best practices in production, project management, and brand standards related to digital and printed signage. This role requires managing in-store digital network assets, reviewing content, collaborating with partners, and ensuring that guidelines are met
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
- Manage in-store digital network assets for production, traffic, and distribution.
- Review internal and external content to ensure guidelines and technical standards are met.
- Collaborate with partners to plan and execute content for major sales events, weekly programs, and special projects.
- Help in review, approve and distribute content to stores.
- Process monthly invoices from network vendor.
- Create accruals for in-store and broadcast/video.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to IT and store design.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
- Knowledge of multimedia standards for print and digital media.
- Proficiency in video codecs, file types.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- French language skills are an asset.

Annualized base pay range
$52,000.00 - $57,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
