Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, the Coordinator will work within a team responsible for timber harvesting and delivery activities. Our Coordinators enjoy a balanced mix of field and office work while living in the Quesnel community.

Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, the Coordinator will work within a team responsible for timber harvesting and delivery activities. Our Coordinators enjoy a balanced mix of field and office work while living in the Quesnel community.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination and contract supervision of logging and hauling activities
- Road and bridge construction, maintenance and deactivation supervision
- Contract management including compliance with safe operating procedures, ISO/SFI certifications, health and safety programs, log quality, rate negotiations and log delivery plans
- Acting as liaison with First Nations and government officials, or other stakeholders as required
- Other duties as assigned, including some aspect of purchase wood, planning and silviculture
Qualifications
- Along with a relevant degree/diploma, the applicant must have related forestry experience and possess an RPF or RFT designation, or be eligible to earn this designation in BC.
- Be self-motivated and team oriented.
- Have demonstrated commitment to safety and responsible forest stewardship.
Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location. The yearly salary range is between $68,000 and $90,000.
- Annual bonus opportunity.
- Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
