Reporting to the Director, Change & Organizational Readiness, the Manager, Organizational Change is responsible for leading and overseeing change management execution and large-scale training programs across transformation projects and advising on the overall transformation change management strategy. Salary Range: $144000.0 - $178000.0
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Lead the design and execution of coordinated, enterprise-wide change strategies, aligning transformation initiatives with business goals
- Oversee comprehensive communication strategies, using data to adapt and refine collaborator engagement based on feedback and risk
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring change efforts drive long-term organizational readiness
- Collaborate with the program teams to run key integration points alongside the functional leads to develop and implement the function specific plan for change deployment
- Collaborate with partners across programs to identify and manage change integration through cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with ELT and senior leaders to ensure strong alignment with the transformation agenda and new ways of working
- Develop strategies to address high-level resistance and transformation risks, providing mentor to senior leaders. Mitigate risks that could derail transformation efforts and foster a culture of change acceptance
- Design and oversee extensive training programs that equip the workforce for new processes and technologies. Align learning initiatives with strategic priorities, ensuring readiness at all organizational levels
- Lead a cross-functional change management team, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution across all transformation programs. Govern change efforts to align with enterprise-wide goals and deliver balanced outcomes
- Guide assessments to understand the broader impacts of transformation, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Ensure that organizational and functional readiness is achieved and maintained
- Establish frameworks for long-term sustainment of new behaviors and processes, with ongoing metrics to track efficiency and refine change efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or other related field required
- Minimum 12 years of proven success in leading change for enterprise-wide transformations
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies and standard processes
- Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in partner engagement at the executive and senior leader level with ability to drive alignment and dedication
- Experience leading ERP transformations with a focus on SAP is strongly preferred
