What & Why:

As a result of growth, our client is looking for an engineer specialized in the Mac environment for a growing enterprise mobility team. As a Mac Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices, ensuring seamless deployment, security, and lifecycle management. You will develop and maintain processes for zero-touch deployments, policy creation, OS updates, and application management, while providing production support for a geographically distributed environment. Automation and documentation will be key to enhancing efficiency, alongside continuous research and implementation of new technologies to improve user experience. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams, as well as mentorship of junior engineers.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 3+ years of experience managing macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Jamf Pro, Entra AD, and Microsoft 365 for device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Graph API scripting, with version control experience.
• Experience deploying security policies, managing OS updates, and using Jamf Configuration Profiles, Smart Groups, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Entra AD, Microsoft Security, and endpoint security practices, with proven problem-solving skills in large-scale environments.

Compensation:

This role pays between $70-85 per hour.
