What you’ll do as a data analytics engineer:

  • Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics needs

  • Create and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions

  • Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and other team members to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights through BI solutions

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data models and BI solutions to ensure efficient operation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models used in enterprise reports and dashboards

  • Create and update design, implementation, and test related documentation for the engineering solutions that you would build

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data & analytics engineering with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Experience with data transformation, data modelling, virtual warehouse, data sharing, star schema, normalization and denormalization

  • Experience working on diverse data subject areas, able to design and implement a schema with concepts such as foreign keys and well-designed fact/dimensions. Preferred if you have experience working with PII / Sensitive data

  • ETL/ELT – Experience with complex data movements, including rollback strategies, bad record handling, and optimizations for performance and speed

  • Experience working with languages such as SQL, Python, PL/SQL, Java, C#, Scala, etc

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Annualized base pay range

$86,600.00 - $90,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
