12-month contract with possibility of extension (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do:

Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately over the phone and email. Provide great customer service with clear and professional communication.
Keep sales teams and customers updated on order status, shipping, and back orders.
Call customers to confirm their order details to ensure they're correct.
Keep accurate records using Microsoft Office, Navision, and Salesforce; work together with production, distribution, and accounting teams; stay updated on our products through ongoing training; and keep your workspace organized and safe

What You Need:

2-3 years of customer service experience (inside sales/telemarketing is a plus!).
High school diploma is mandatory
College degrees in science, business, or medical terms are preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Basic knowledge of accounting terms and transactions.
French-speaking skills are a big plus!
