- Build Strong Connections: Foster a sense of belonging through interactive campaigns and meaningful two-way communication that amplifies member voices.
- Collaborate and Listen: Work closely with members and the team to gather feedback, ensure responsiveness, and tailor strategies to meet diverse needs.
- Plan with Precision: Keep communication calendars and plans organized while staying flexible to adapt to evolving priorities.
Who You Are
- A passionate communicator with a BA in communications, marketing, business (or related) or the equivalent of 10-15 years of experience in communications.
- You understand how to combine storytelling with technology to create powerful connections.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in digital tools, AI, or platforms like Circle.so, and eager to explore emerging technologies to improve engagement.
- A strong advocate for equity, cultural humility, and inclusivity, with a demonstrated commitment to meaningful engagement with diverse communities.
- Experienced in social media, writing, or marketing, with bonus points for nonprofit or healthcare backgrounds.
- Organized yet adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused on long-term goals.
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to create positive change.
Why Join Us?
