Job Description

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for a full time Customer Support Representative for a Richmond, BC branch of an international health food distribution company with head office in USA. Our client company is a well-established leader globally in their niche within their industry. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, customer-service oriented and can communicate in Chinese, and English as they have a large Chinese clientele locally. This is an evaluation hire leading into a long-term hire for the employee with good working attitude. Persons with any type of customer service attitude are welcome!

Requirements:
*Offer customer service through email, phone, or walk-in clients
* Administrative work related to customer support including calculating points system and offering product information and follow up with clients
*Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or serve customers during events
* Other customer service or administrative projects as arises

Education and Experience
*Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive, and positive
*Experience in customer service
*Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
*Able to multi-task
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
*Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
*Post-Secondary education would be an asset
*Fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese (spoken/ written using pinyin is okay) and English skills - good written communication.

Working days schedule is 5 days of the 6 business days: Monday, Tuesday, & Friday, 11am to 7pm; Wednesday & Thursday, 1pm to 9pm, every other Saturday, 1pm to 6pm.

Starting pay is $20-22/ hour, depending on experience. Benefits: medical/ dental after probationary period. Year-end bonuses based on company profits and product discounts and free products.
