Assistant Controller
Salary: $110K
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

Our client in Downtown Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Director of Finance with day-to-day financial operations and participate in dynamic new projects. This role is perfect for a CPA with at least 7 years of combined Public Practice and Industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and investment reconciliations.
Assist in project financing, analyzing options and structuring deals.
Support tax planning and trust accounting for regulatory compliance.
Take a hands-on role in preparing financial documentation and files.
Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to maintain compliance.
Provide mentorship to junior team members.
