Job Purpose
The Administrator, Payment and Cash Management is responsible for providing product and service support to the PCM team and members by executing administration and operational tasks. The Administrator provides some sales support to the Relationship managers and ensures that all member information is attained and maintained with the PCM products. Their product and service provision is appropriate to their needs and as directed by the Relationship Managers and the Associate, PCM. The Administrator supports the Commercial Products and Services team as necessary.
Accountabilities
Working with the Associate, PCM, ensure that members are configured within Commercial Online Banking and AFT according to their needs and the Relationship Managers' direction. Responsible, with the Associate, for providing regular reporting on product and service usage to Commercial management. Some analysis may be required to ascertain profit/cost to the business unit. Responsible for maintaining accurate customer files for Commercial Online Banking and AFT, including some direct member communication. Responsible for maintaining accurate, appropriate records, forms and files of activities as required for due diligence for the business unit With the Associate, PCM is responsible for the preparation, communication, and correct execution of Commercial Online Banking and AFT set up by our service partner. Responsible for the monitoring and management of the department mailboxes, including responding or escalating appropriately Responsible for reviewing PCM agreements for completeness and communicating any deficiencies to Relationship Managers. Supports Associate, PCM in Account analysis, reporting and, at times, making recommendations to Relationship Managers. Responsible for coordinating regular department pricing reviews, including data gathering. Support the department in monitoring and analyzing competitor products and services. Responsible for ensuring that user configuration changes (password resets, queries, modifications to access), as requested by Relationship Managers, associates or members, are executed accurately and on a timely basis. Responsible for providing user support to members on system use and simple troubleshooting. Responsible for appropriate escalation of more complex issues following the established escalation process Responsible for providing product and service materials and documentation and service and technical support to Relationship Managers as necessary Responsible for supporting the Commercial team in providing the business members with excellent customer service concerning all CCS's commercial products and services regardless of their product and service needs
Skills and Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial banking or cash management is preferred. At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support to a busy department or a comparable mix of experience. 2 years of experience with user administration of a business system is preferred. High School Diploma plus some additional post-secondary courses. Additional post-secondary courses in business administration or accounting are required. A degree in Business/Commerce or other relevant designation is considered an asset for future mobility. Proficient knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles Proficient in data analysis Proficient knowledge of commercial and personal credit analysis, including processes and the underlying policies and security and legal considerations Proficient in ensuring regulatory and corporate governance practices, policies and controls are supported in department due diligence processes and procedures (i.e. Operational risk or AMLATF). Proficient knowledge and experience in deposit and cash management services as well as CCS Commercial Products and Services Proficient knowledge of computers, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
